Price list for Brisbane Warehouse Shopping Tours - 2012

For pricing from areas not included in the mentioned categories, please contact the office. Children 5 yrs to 14 years are half of the Tour fare plus all the lunch costs. Babies and toddlers under 5 years are welcome to travel free of charge.

All tour prices and special offer eligibility, pertain to final numbers of Adult Shoppers (15 years and over) on board the coach on the day of travel.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are having trouble achieving the numbers required, we will, where possible, (1) arrange for individual passengers to join your group, or (2) join you with another small group that has similar interests to yours.

If you join, the group price of your ticket will be reduced accordingly. Where groups have joined, commission is paid on the number of paying adult passengers IN YOUR GROUP.

Minimum number of 20 paying adults in your group qualifies for fundraising.

All groups of less than 20 paying adults do not qualify for commission. Commissions calculated on Total Sales excluding GST.

DECREASE IN INDIVIDUAL NUMBERS Notification Deadline, by 4pm three (3) days prior to your tour. Decrease in numbers AFTER these deadlines: NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

GROUP CANCELLATIONS OF TOUR DATE In case of cancellation, your $50 deposit is non refundable. This deposit is transferable within a 12 month period if 7 days notice of the cancellation or of a date change of your tour is provided. If cancellation of your tour occurs within the week of your tour date, forfeiture of your deposit will apply.
